Servicing

Prevention is better than cure

Our thorough approach to your basic annual service is one of the founding principles of the company and should stand you in good stead through the cold winter months. In general you should expect a complete strip down and clean of your appliance, replacement of any consumable parts, followed by re-assembly and certification. We will also trace and inspect your gas pipework installation, providing a detailed diagram at your primary gas meter. We undertake a pressure test to the relevant IGEM standards to check for leaks to give you complete piece of mind. Once the paperwork is filled out we perform a check around the premises to confirm the correct operation of radiators, convectors, thermostatic radiator valves and controls.

Fault Finding

We can fix it

Our engineers are equipped with the tools and the knowledge, and are permitted the time, to trace and repair those faults which occur on a heating system from time to time. As a client you are covered by a 24 hour breakdown service with an engineer able to attend on the same day and often within an hour of your call should the situation require it. A member of our team is on hand to provide advice and a realistic solution to whatever we find on site.

Installations

Replacements when necessary

In general our primary aim is to maintain any existing equipment and keep it working as efficiently as possible. Our view as a company is that this is still the most cost effective way of running a heating system.

However, in some cases we find that replacement is the only viable way forward in order to ensure a satisfactory long term solution to an ageing or inefficient system. We have established good relationships with well known suppliers in order to bring you cost savings on the latest equipment. Our staff is also subject to ongoing training so that we can offer you the best possible service when it comes to specifying and installing new equipment.
